Great location only a 5 min walk to the square restaurant was sooooo good. And I highly recommend the spiced plums. And the mulled wine A fab Christmas feeling all in all in this hotel and really friendly helpful staff
The only thing we did have to ask for is extra milk to make a cuppa so just maybe needs a little extra tea & coffee & milk in the rooms

Enjoyed every minute of being there, 100% recommend. Everything was very good at this nice basic hotel. The staff was very knowledgeable and reasonably good and helped with the public parking. Our room was decent size and had a big size bathroom...

It was a good stay for 3 nights on organised trip, would definitely recommend this place. Clean hotel, liked to be not far from restaurants, shops, Krakow central square and Christmas market and Stare Miasto the central plaza of Krakow thanks to excellent and decent location.

Lovcation is good for both business and sightseeing. Not so big hotel but room is renewed and clean.

The dining scene near the Logos is a good surprise! I had my share of drool-worthy pancakes at Mr Pancake-those fluffy stacks are a must-try! Plus, the room was airy and modern, complete with USB ports on both sides of the bed-what a fab touch for the tech-savvy traveler. The hotel staff were also super helpful that much better.
Here's a cheeky critique, the bathroom had seen better days. Although the room was newly renovated, the bathroom sported some mould and peeling wallpaper, giving it a bit of a sad vibe.

Perfect location and friendly vibes!
What a fab stay! The room was super comfy and clean, and we got fresh towels daily. I really loved the packed lunch service for our day trips, such a nice touch! Had a bit of a wait during breakfast rush, though, slightly annoying. But overall, the staff was good.
